Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fama Social (the "Service"), operated by christian colonna. By creating an account or connecting a social media account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets brands and their team members connect their own social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube), upload videos, publish them immediately or at a scheduled time, review the outcome of each publication, view performance statistics and create link-in-bio pages.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and within the brand workspaces you belong to.

3. Connected social media accounts

You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. The Service acts on a connected account only after an explicit action by you (for example creating or scheduling a post). You can disconnect an account at any time from the "Connect channels" page. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the Meta terms and the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit it solely to provide the Service, such as delivering it to the platforms you select. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to publish it, including music, and for complying with each platform's content and branded-content policies.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, to send spam, to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, or to interfere with the Service or the platforms it connects to.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Publication depends on third-party platforms, which may reject, delay or remove content according to their own rules.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms on your content or accounts.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your connected accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
