Privacy Policy

christian colonna · Last updated October 25, 2026

This Policy explains how christian colonna ("we") processes personal data when you use Fama Social (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

2. How we use data

Only to provide the Service: publishing the content you choose to the accounts you select, showing the results and errors, refreshing your authorizations, displaying analytics and generating the reports you request. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Storage and retention

Access tokens are stored encrypted. Uploaded videos are kept only until every selected platform confirms publication and are then deleted immediately; files of failed publications are deleted after at most 72 hours. Connected account data and statistics are kept until you disconnect the account or delete your workspace, after which they are deleted.

4. Sharing

Your content and the related settings are sent only to the platforms you select (TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube). We use infrastructure providers (hosting and cloud storage) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Google and YouTube data

When you connect YouTube or Google Calendar/Drive, the Service uses YouTube API Services and Google APIs to upload the videos you choose, read the statistics of your channel and videos, post the first comment you write under your own uploaded video, create events for your scheduled posts. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google processes data according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Fama Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never read by humans except with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.

You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw an authorization at any time by disconnecting the account in the Service or from the platform's own settings: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, Facebook/Instagram under Settings → Business integrations, TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. Removing the app from Facebook triggers the automatic deletion of the related data in the Service. Where the GDPR applies you also have the right to object, to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted token storage, scoped API tokens and access limited to the members of each brand workspace.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes

We will announce material changes to this Policy in the Service.
